Having had a look around the internet I discovered that there werent all that many
Beginners Guides and the one's that were around tended to only give the view of one
Person. So I decided to start collaredncuffed which is a place where everyone can give
an opinion about BDSM.
On CollarednCuffed we also encourage people to ask question's, finding out about BDSM
can be very difficult but as a community i'm sure we can answer anything that might pop up.
We also just started a new BDSM community site which has become popular with lifestyler's
already. It's completely free and has numerous chat rooms, forum's , weblogs and unlimited
uploading of pictures etc. So feel free to take a look around.
I also noticed that alot of webcam site's are now offering BDSM Mistresses and sub's so I
decided to take some time and speak to some of the girls offering the service. Ive written

BDSM General.. The subject of BDSM is still quite a taboo for most people and for a beginner getting into the lifestyle
can be a difficult scary experience Hopefully the information on this website will make things easier or
at least give you a starting point from which to go on from. Have a look at the BDSM basics section for an overview.
What beginners should be aware of is a BDSM relationship can be very intense and passionate and a very
powerful bond can be formed between people in the relationship. This can be one of the best experiences
of your life Dom or sub but if it goes wrong it can be one of the worst (being honest). Like any relationship a
BDSM one has its ups and downs but because of the level of emotion involved it tends to be magnified 100
times so be aware of that and tread carefully to start.
BDSM Community Sites..
Online community\dating sites are a great way to get into the lifestyle and start getting to know people there are
problems with it which i try and outline in the personals section of the website but overall its a good
experience and its something i recommend doing specially to start off with.
Dont worry to much about the stigma of joining an online dating service its really not as bad as you might think
and besides that the BDSM ones are abit different to normal online dating sites you can have abit more fun.
Is BDSM Right for me?
My aim isn't to preach I actually hate websites that do. No one can really tell you if the BDSM lifestyle
is right for you or even what role you should play in it, that's something you have to find out for yourself
( and yes sometimes it takes a little time). But in saying that listening to advice is always a good idea,
and it doesnt matter if your sub slave Dom or Domme listening to experienced people is a great way to learn.
Generally submissive's are alot better at taking advice than Dominants probobly because a Dominant doesnt
want to appear "weak", but in truth if a Dominant learns and takes advice it actually has the opposite effect it
shows strong character.
